We kindly ask for a 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hour notice will be subject to 50% service cost (your deposit). 24 hour or Same day cancelations/reschedules or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. Clients who arrive late may have their service time shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. We understand emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate unforseen circumstances.
